Lucien Le Moine is the creation of Mounir Saouma and Rotem Brakin, who founded the micro-négociant house in 1999 with a singular focus: to work only with Burgundy’s top Premier and Grand Cru sites and raise each wine with meticulous attention. With no estate vineyards of their own, they source tiny quantities of fruit from top growers, vinify with a light touch, and age the wines on lees in custom barrels without racking or filtration.
